Table of leukemia boundaries

You may view and manipulate the boundary table by choosing "Table" from the "Project" Menu or from the pop-up menu from the project window Boundary tab.

The local leukemia boundaries table lists the x and y coordinates of the candidate Boundary Element points (cBEs), the Boundary Membership Value for each cBE, the Boundary Likelihood Value (BLV) for each cBE, and then the BLV (gradient magnitude) and the gradient angle for leukemia Cases/1000.

The BMV indicates whether the cBE is in the boundary (BMV = 1) or not (BMV = 0). You set the criteria for boundary membership in the wombling dialog (through accepting the default the threshold of the top 20% of BLVs).

In this case, as the boundary was calculated using only one variable, the BLV for the candidate boundary element and the gradient magnitude for Cases/1000 will be the same. In cases where there are more than one variable in the boundary, gradient magnitudes and angles are listed for each variable in the table.
