Select "Overlap Analysis" from the "Boundary" menu. Alternatively, right click on any boundary in the project window and choose "Overlap Analysis" from the pop-up menu.
Overlap Analysis Monte Carlo Settings
Select the local warbler boundaries from the left-side pull-down menu and vegetation cluster boundaries from right-side. Local warbler boundaries will be considered "G", and vegetation boundaries will be considered "H."
For local warbler boundaries, choose complete randomization.
For vegetation boundaries, choose to not randomize the boundaries by clearing the "Randomized" box. We will hold the vegetation boundaries fixed during the Monte Carlo process, which means that our null model involves the same vegetation pattern but different patterns of warbler territories.
Choose 99 randomizations.
