Leukemia overlap

Select "Overlap Analysis" from the "Boundary" menu. Alternatively, right click on any boundary in the project window and choose "Overlap Analysis" from the pop-up menu.

  1. Overlap Analysis Monte Carlo Settings

    1. Select the local leukemia boundaries from the left-side pull-down menu and tce sites from right-side. Local leukemia boundaries will be considered "G", and tce sites will be considered "H."

    2. As tce sites is not a boundary file, you cannot randomize it. Instead BoundarySeer will randomize the local leukemia boundaries only.

    3. Choose complete randomization.

    4. Choose 99 randomizations.

    5. Click "OK"

  2. Overlap Analysis Output Settings

    1. Accept the default title for the results

    2. Choose to standardize the results. BoundarySeer will use the Z-score method.

    3. Choose to view the histograms for each overlap statistic.

    4. Click "OK."
