In BoundarySeer, you have the ability to give variables different weights prior to the calculation of Boundary Likelihood Values. You can do this when you create variable sets.

You may want to consider giving variables weights greater than one if you have a reason for expecting that one or more of the variables contributes more strongly to the boundary-generating process in a particular system than the other factors. Another situation where you may want to weight variables is if you think two or more variables are highly correlated, and you want to reduce their influence on the analysis. In this case, you would probably give the variables weights that are less than one.
