BioMedware has resumed software sales and support for our industry-leading biostatistical products: SpaceStat, ClusterSeer, and BoundarySeer, as well as support for our legacy software product STIS. TerraSeer, which had handled our products in recent years, has shifted their focus to web-based enterprise data visualization, predictive analytics and inventory optimization.

BioMedware offers free email support and assistance for our software products.  Our normal business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) Monday-Friday.  Your issues are important to us and we will try to respond to you within 48 business hours. 

In your support request, use the description field to provide information on the following:

• Describe your question or issue
• Identify which BioMedware software product and version you are using
• Identify any steps to take to replicate an issue
• Describe your data set(s), if any
